Sandhya Kala currently holds the position of Chief Manager Band II at ICICI Bank Ltd., Jaipur, where she oversees the Pension Department. With 30 years of experience in the banking sector, Ms. Kala has develope extensive expertise in managing operations and delivering results.

Her dedication to social work stems from the inspiration provided by her mother, Shrimati Rukmani Jain, President of the Digamber Jain Shyam Nagar Mahila Mandal. Following in her mother's footsteps, Ms. Kala has extended her focus beyond the financial industry to embrace a strong commitment to community welfare.

She serves as a Director at the Optify Build 4 India Foundation, a non- governmental organization dedicated to supporting women's and children's education funding. Through this role, Ms. Kala actively contributes to initiatives that foster educational opportunities for underprivileged groups, emphasizing her dedication to creating sustainable, positive change.
