Professor Ramesh K. Arora had his B.Com. and MA in Public Administration from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Later, he did his MPA, M. Phil.and Ph.D. from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, USA as a Fulbright Scholar. He was also a Senior Fulbright Fellow at Syracus University, New York. He was Professor and Head, Department of Public Administration, Director of Adult Education, Director, Social Sciences Research Centre, Director, School of Social Scienes and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences in the University of Rajasthan. Dr Arora also served as Distinguished Visiting Professor at HCM Rajasthsn State Institute of Public Administration and as founding Director of the Indian Institute of Learning in Management, Jaipur. Presently, he is Chairman, Management Development Academy and the Centre for Self Excellence.

Prof. Arora has delivered lectures and conducted training programmes in India and abroad, including the US, Germany, South Africa, Malaysia, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Besides, he has authored and edited more than 60 books including motivational titles such as "Time Management for Happiness and Success", "Art of Leadership" and "Gift of Happiness". Besides, he has crafted more than 450 motivational videos on YouTube on the themes of motivation, leadership and life management, including on the lives of eminent leaders.
